Day 1–2: Arrival in Arusha – Gateway to the Northern Safari Circuit

Arrive in Arusha, Tanzania’s safari capital nestled beneath Mount Meru. After clearing customs at Kilimanjaro International Airport, a friendly transfer will whisk you away to the serene Arusha Coffee Lodge.

Located on a working coffee plantation, this historic lodge offers a peaceful start to your safari. Relax with a massage at the spa, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or sip freshly brewed Tanzanian coffee on your private verandah. If time allows, explore Arusha’s bustling local markets or visit a nearby cultural centre.

Day 2–4: Tarangire National Park – Walking Safaris & Night Drives

Fly from Arusha to Kuro Airstrip and transfer to the beautifully wild Oliver’s Camp, located in the heart of Tarangire National Park. Known for its baobab-studded landscapes and large herds of elephants, Tarangire is a hidden gem teeming with wildlife.

Day 4–6: Ngorongoro Crater – Big Five in a Natural Wonder

Leave the wilds of Tarangire behind and head to the verdant highlands surrounding the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most dramatic wildlife arenas.

Your base for the next two nights is the charming Gibb’s Farm, a tranquil retreat located on a working coffee and dairy farm. Enjoy panoramic views, nourishing farm-to-table cuisine, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Take a full-day game drive into the crater, where nearly 30,000 animals reside year-round. Expect sightings of lions, rhinos, elephants, buffalo, and leopards – all within one incredible volcanic caldera.

Day 6–9: Serengeti National Park – Migration Magic & Mara River Drama

Take a scenic flight from Lake Manyara to the remote Kogatende region of the Serengeti, the epicenter of the famed Great Migration. Sayari Camp, set close to the Mara River, offers front-row seats to dramatic river crossings during migration season (July–October).

Departure Day: Return to Arusha & Fly Home

After breakfast on your final day, you’ll transfer to the Kogatende Airstrip for your flight back to Arusha. Depending on your flight time, you may enjoy a day room and lunch before transferring to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward journey.
